It's for BlogRush. When you sign up and add the widget to your site, it presents relevant posts on your widget. If you sign up under someone, their posts get access to extra blogs etc. I think there are something like 10 down lines. Since this is my personal finance blog, you should see finance types of posts in the box.
The purpose of this widget is to help drive extra traffic to your site. Extra traffic is always good.

Yeah it's huge right now. I don't think Blog Rush developers were expecting such an explosion so soon. It's a great widget though!
No they weren't. It's a great idea though and people have jumped all over it.
