All of my coworkers seem to be getting married recently. Another person got engaged over the Christmas holiday. Her engagement ring was one of her Christmas presents. She also got a really pretty pendant and something for her car. Now she's trying to set a date and she's looking for cheap wedding invites for her guests. They've decided on a small wedding with less than 60 people.
This is a second marriage for both people so they don't want to spend a lot of money or throw a lavish bash. They can find wedding cards online and buy them even more inexpensively than buying them in the store. Wedding cards are the least of their worries for their wedding though. They're more worried about food and alcohol for their guests.
When I look at how much money people spend for their weddings, it just reinforces my idea of getting married in Vegas.
