I'm having problems with a company. I really don't expect the company to do anything but I want to put the letter out there anyway. I'll also blog about it on 2 of my blogs. I used PlanetFeedback twice a long time ago. Once I got a resolution and the other time the company ignored me. I didn't expect anything either because it was such a large company.
I was just wondering if they still get results or if companies ignore them.
